Dr Clive Fisher

B.D.S Wits A.D.C (cert)

Clive completed his B.D.S at the University of Witwatersrand in 1991. He was awarded the PROSA prize for prosthodontics. He practiced in Johannesburg for 7 years after which he immigrated to Melbourne in 1998. He opened Elsternwick Dental Group in 2000. He continues to further his love for dentistry with educational studies. He ongoingly upgrades the practice with the most up to date technologies.

Clive is married to Sybil and has two beautiful children, Gila and Alon. He loves playing golf and swimming. He enjoys gardening and photography.


Ghada El Sayed

D.D.S Paris (FRANCE)

Ghada completed her Diploma of Doctor in Dental Surgery in Paris, France in 2008 with honours at the most prestigious dental school in France.

Having worked alongside renowned French Specialists and in prestige private practices in the heart of Paris, Ghada comes with an abundance of experience and passion.  Ghada endeavours to provide the best care delivered with empathy & understanding. She has perfected an impeccable chairside manner and strives to make each person feel at ease during treatment.

Ghada has a particular interest in periodontal treatment (gums) and endodontics (root canal treatment). She can't wait to meet you all and take care of your oral health needs.

In her spare time, Ghada loves to spend quality time with her family, travel, learn from other cultures and loves to keep fit.


Lisa Dembo

Dental Hygienist

Lisa qualified in 1990 in South Africa, and immigrated here in 2002.  She has been with us since 2010 and is very passionate about her job and helping people improve and maintain their oral hygiene.  She’s kind and caring, and will put you at ease in the dental chair.

Home life is never dull with her being the only female, besides her lovable dog Cleo, as she is kept busy by her husband and three older sons. In her free time, she loves watching Netflix, grabbing a take out coffee and occasionally moving on to a whiskey!


Riyen Tan


Riyen graduated from La Trobe University in 2018 with a Masters of Dentistry.


Since then, has gained experience within the public and private sector. Riyen has formed a special interest toward paediatric (children's) dentistry and hopes to one day specialise in this area. 

Riyen's ability to build brilliant rapport with her patients is generated through her friendly, caring and gentle nature. She strives to ensure the most up-to-date treatment styles through continuous professional development courses. Delivering a high quality of care is at the forefront of each and every patient.

Outside of the surgery, Riyen enjoys embroidery, baking, art and adding to her indoor plant collection. Riyen is also proficient in speaking Malay and Indonesian languages.


Ash Kelly

Marketing and HR Manager

Ash unexpectedly fell into the dental industry shortly after completing high school and this is where her passion for the industry stuck. Qualified as a Dental Assistant in 2005, slowly transitioned from chair side to the office. She has been lucky to have worked as Practice Manager in multiple states in Australia (VIC, WA, NT) within corporate & private businesses. 

Ash manages a second career & passion during the working week as a Fitness Coach/PT outside of her surgery hours. This generally keeps her busy enough!


Brittanee Paull

Dental Assistant

Brittanee started studying and working in the dental field in 2011, completing her qualification in 2012. 

She enjoys spending time with family and friends and most importantly her dog American Staffy - Gigi, who keeps her very busy most of the time!

Brittanee also enjoys staying fit & healthy, taking lots of walks with her dog and running too. And in her spare time, also thoroughly enjoys being a bit of a couch potato, binge watching Netflix.


Lizz Monahu

Dental Assistant

Lizz has been with us since 2005. In this time she has completed Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (Dental Radiography).  
Lizz has been an integral member of the team for many years.  For the last couple of years, Lizz has switched to part time due to the arrival of her young son who keeps her very busy.  Lizz looks forward to coming to work these days for a little peace and quiet!

When she does get some spare time Lizz enjoys baking, reading and catching up with friends for a coffee or a cheeky wine.


Angie Bower


After working in pharmacy for 20 years, Angie decided it was time for a career change and at a routine six month check up, saw there was a position available with us. After training for six months, she completed Certificate III in Dental Assisting and has now been qualified since 2012.

During time away from work, Angie is an avid traveler and loves reading, trying new restaurants with friends and is always planning that next holiday.


Ashley "Gene" Catalan

Dental Assistant

After moving from the Philippines in 2018, Gene started working as a Dental Assistant to support her studies in Bachelor of Biomedicine at La Trobe University. Gene gained a lot of experience in all different areas of dentistry, from surgical to minor treatments (fillings, clean & check). She has also been lucky to have worked in private & corporate settings, which allowed her to learn more about the dental world.

Gene is not a morning person but shows up to work half an hour early. And is also a fun and caring person who loves art, camping, taking pictures with her vintage film camera, plays ukulele/guitar, reads poetry and goes on adventures with her friends and family.


Ashleigh Griffiths

Dental Assistant

Ashleigh has been working in the dental industry for 15 years, loves interacting with patients on a daily basis and helping them with their oral health. 

When Ash isn't working, she enjoys art, photography, animals and watching movies!
Ash enjoys going out for a nice meal and a cheeky drink or 2, with family and friends and hopes to travel and see as much of the world as possible.
